I have to say I have a slight obsession with urban exploration photography so I was really quite excited to hear about the latest exhibition at Dundee Contemporary Arts (DCA) entitled Atomgrad (Nature Abhors a Vacuum) by acclaimed British artists Jane and Louise Wilson.
Atomgrad (Nature Abhors a Vacuum) is a suite of large-scale photographic prints, which depict deserted interiors from the now almost entirely abandoned town of Pripyat, situated within the 30km wide Exclusion Zone. These images are both beautiful and haunting - I can't wait to see the full show when it opens (21st Jan - 25th Mar).
